Our Fort Worth Service Area for Home Water Testing and Filters

We work in homes all over Fort Worth and the cities that border it. We start with a test at your tap, put in only what the results call for, then return after the job to look over the system and show you how to keep it running. Same visit in every town.

The Towns We Cover

Most of our work is in Fort Worth itself, along with the towns close in on the west and north side. That means Lake Worth, River Oaks, Sansom Park, Westworth Village and White Settlement, plus Benbrook to the southwest. If your home is in one of these places, we can usually set up a water test and a follow-up visit without much wait.

We also work in Haltom City, Watauga, North Richland Hills and Saginaw. The job is the same everywhere. We test first, explain what the results mean, install only what the test supports and then come back later to check pressure, look for leaks and walk you through filter changes. If you live just past these towns, ask anyway. We will tell you straight if it is too far for us.

What We See in Homes Around Here

Older and newer homes
The area has a real mix. Older houses near the city core may still have galvanized or older copper lines, which can add metal or rust to water after it leaves the main. Newer subdivisions mostly have plastic lines, so the questions there tend to be about taste and scale. That is why we test the tap in your home, not just read a city report.
City water and taste
Most homes here are on city water that meets drinking water rules. The common complaint is the taste or smell of the disinfectant. A carbon filter handles that well. For drinking and cooking water, an under-sink reverse osmosis unit is often the better fit.
Hardness varies
Hardness is not the same in every home, and a softener is not always worth it. We run a hardness test before we suggest one. If the number is low, we say so and you skip the cost.
Heat and hard freezes
Summers are long and hot, and a hard freeze shows up some winters. Equipment in a garage or on an outside wall needs the right spot and some protection. On our check-back visit we look at fittings and bypass valves, since cold snaps are when small leaks start.
Permits and city rules
Rules differ from town to town. Some cities want a plumbing permit for certain installs, like a whole-house system or a softener drain line. We check with your city before the job and pull the permit when one is needed.

Find Out What Is in Your Tap

Tell us your town and what bothers you about your water. We will set up a test and explain the results in plain words. After any install, we come back to check on it.
